If I drink about a gallon of 1% milk every two days, are there health risks?

My parents are enforcing a mandatory cutback on my milk intake. They say that too much vitamin d and calcium is bad for my digestive system and can result in kidney stones. Is this true? Even if I'm drinking 1% which is overall healthier...? Please help, I can't imagine cutting back on my milk. I NEED it. (:
