In California, if I have two full time jobs and am fired from one, can I collect unemployment?

I have 2 jobs, full time. Need them. Need every bit of income I can manage. I am looking at being laid off from one (company wide cutbacks). Will I be able to collect unemployment even though I have that second FULL TIME job?
