~~It depends on your state laws. In CA you do not have to take a job at less pay than your previous employer paid you. Since it is a very difficult job market most people have had no choice but accept the lesser pay because UI runs out eventually. So if you live in CA no you do not have to accept the job and your benefits will remain intact, if you aren't in CA try searching your state's website for your laws.~~
