Has anyone here got a Career Development Loan through the jobcentre?

With Cameron's Big Society idea's you probably have to volunteer (work for nothing in other words to put money in a bosses pocket with no out lay to the boss) in what ever area it is you wish for training in. Sorry mate like every one we all have got to suffer for a minority who voted for this unelected government as you said times are hard so are these people who are forcing every thing up apart from opportunity and choose to do whats right
