How can I get into the click with my workmates?

its a dog eat dog world in todays climate,think of number one?CLIQUES are nothing but trouble,full of back biting behind each others backs,and worse. if i were you id leave them to it,get on with your work and let them be. its probably fair to say,your boss has seen this cliqueand not impressed with it,reason enough to make you permanent because instead of bantering with this bunch,you have knuckled down to your work.
