I have been thinking of suicide. Alot.?
Hey there! First thing you have to do is smile VERY hard no matter how bad you feel. If you feel like you're about to cry, start a cry-a-thon. But, make sure you don't do anything you will later regret, like throwing a chair through a window or something. Also, when I was feeling suicidal, I figured something out that helps me every time I' sad. When you hang out with your goofy best friends, you'll catch their good vibes. If you can't go out with them, do something you enjoy all by yourself, like going for some ice cream. Speaking with your family is also great. Last but not least, you can talk to someone about how you feel if you want, but I would avoid seeing a psychologist. Hope this helps! Hope you feel better soon!
