We Are All In This Together?

I don't think anyone said that we would all suffer equally. That is a simple impossibility. There will always be inequality in a democracy. Even in communist China there is rich and poor. The thing is at least there is equality of opportunity in the UK. If you want to earn stacks of cash, you can through hard work and determination. Many of the richest individuals in this country have started out with nothing. We should commend those people not be jealous of them.
